Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

Pack Your Instrument

Carefully repackage your guitar in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
